Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to Doing The Most Travel LLC for travel planning, reservations, group trips, packages, deposits, and related services. By authorizing or submitting a payment, the traveler acknowledges this policy and any additional written terms provided for the specific booking.

2. 24-hour cancellation window

A traveler may cancel within 24 hours of making a payment and receive a full refund of amounts paid to Doing The Most Travel LLC for the booking, excluding any non-refundable processing-fee portion described in Section 10. After the 24-hour window closes, the standard terms in this policy apply: deposits are non-refundable; all other refunds are available only as authorized by and through the applicable travel supplier; and the supplier’s terms govern.

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window closes. A deposit may reserve space, begin work, or be forwarded to a travel supplier and may become non-recoverable immediately.

4. All other payments and supplier-authorized refunds

We can only provide you with a refund once we are authorised by the travel service provider, subject to that travel service provider’s change or cancellation policy. If a supplier authorizes a refund, future travel credit, or date change, Doing The Most Travel LLC will assist with the request but cannot promise the amount, timing, or form of the remedy. Any approved refund may be reduced by supplier penalties and non-refundable fees.

5. Funds forwarded to travel suppliers

Payments to Doing The Most Travel LLC immediately become the property of suppliers, as required by law. As all monies received for travel services are forwarded to the supplier, Doing The Most Travel LLC shall not be responsible for refund of monies not in its possession.

6. Agency role and supplier responsibility

Doing The Most Travel LLC acts only as an agent for travel suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions; your legal recourse is against the specific provider, not Doing The Most Travel LLC. Travel suppliers include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, transportation providers, and other independent providers. Supplier delays, cancellations, failures, or breaches of contract remain the responsibility of the applicable supplier.

7. Traveler cancellations

After the 24-hour cancellation window closes, NO REFUNDS will apply to any cancelled, unused, or partially used travel service, except as required by applicable law or the supplier’s terms. If a traveler cancels, misses a payment deadline, fails to provide required information, or does not travel, the cancellation is subject to the applicable airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, insurer, or other travel supplier’s terms in addition to this policy. Supplier penalties may increase as the departure date approaches and may reach 100% of the booking cost.

8. Supplier changes or cancellations

Travel suppliers may change schedules, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or other components. A supplier cancellation or material change is governed by the supplier’s terms and applicable law. Any supplier-issued refund or credit will be handled according to the supplier’s process and the form in which the supplier provides it.

9. Travel insurance

Travelers are strongly encouraged to consider travel insurance that may cover eligible cancellation, interruption, delay, medical, baggage, or other losses. Coverage depends on the policy purchased. Insurance premiums are generally governed by the insurer’s own refund and cancellation terms. Important: Choosing not to purchase travel insurance does not make an otherwise non-refundable booking refundable.

10. Payment methods and processing fees

Online payments are processed through SureCart on https://dtmtravelllc.com. A 3.5% processing fee is added at checkout for debit and credit card payments. Cashapp and Zelle payments have no processing fee. All processing-fee portions are non-refundable, including when the underlying payment is refunded, canceled, disputed, or credited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. “Make a Payment” custom amounts

The website’s “Make a Payment” product allows a customer to enter a custom amount toward a purchase or deposit. The customer must identify the traveler, trip, invoice, or booking to which the payment should be applied. Submitting a custom amount does not create a new booking, guarantee availability, extend a deadline, or change the terms of an existing booking. Once applied, the payment follows the same refund, cancellation, supplier, and processing-fee terms as that purchase or deposit.

12. Payment deadlines, chargebacks, and errors

Missing a payment deadline may result in cancellation and loss of amounts already paid. Travelers should contact Doing The Most Travel LLC promptly about a suspected payment error or unauthorized transaction before initiating a chargeback when possible. A chargeback does not cancel a booking or replace the travel supplier’s cancellation process.
